Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy Notice Requirement: Clients must cancel their training sessions at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid the session counting against them. First Cancellation Waiver: As a courtesy, the first cancellation will be provided at no charge and will not count against your session package. This serves as a one-time warning. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 4 hours before the session will count as a used session and will be deducted from the session package. 2. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Before 4-Hour Window: Clients may reschedule sessions within the 4-hour window before the session start time. Limitations on Rescheduled Sessions: If a rescheduled session is canceled at any time before the 4-hour window, it will still count as a used session and be deducted from the package. Additionally, once a session has been rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again. This ensures we can accommodate all clients effectively. 3. Session Packages and Expiration 6-Pack of Sessions: Clients have 60 days to use all sessions in a 6-pack package. This period begins on the date of the first scheduled session. 12-Pack of Sessions: Clients have 120 days to use all sessions in a 12-pack package. This period also begins on the date of the first scheduled session. Expiration Policy: All sessions must be completed within the specified time frame for each package. Unused sessions will expire and cannot be carried over or refunded.
